Cdr Yashwant Prakash

Our team leader Cdr Yashwant Prakash has over 25 years of experience in working with people and facilitating mutual growth. He has built and led high energy winning teams, developed leaders, structured and restructured organisations to achieve objectives in testing and trying conditions. Prior to associating himself with corporate and public sectors he has had an illustrious career in the Indian Navy. He has commanded ships, air squadrons and has been in various line and staff appointments all the while experimenting how to get best out of people in difficult situations. He brings with him vast experience of formulating and implementing strategies, conducting operations, managing resources and handling HRD issues at various levels.

An alumnus of the Defence Services Staff College Wellington, MSc in Strategy and Planning, Masters in Business Administration and trained in Human Behaviour Processes with ISABS, he brings forth best of defence services, corporate management and studies in behavioural sciences to facilitate change for individual and organisational growth.

A visiting faculty at some of India’s leading management institutions today, he uses experiential learning methodology for his work and has carried out Management Development Programmes for a number of organisations from IT, manufacturing, services and public sectors.

He has been a paratrooper, hang glider pilot and wind surfer. He continues to learn from the nature while perusing his hobbies of river rafting, kayaking and trekking in Himalayas.

Ashish Patel

Ashish has more than ten years professional experience managing People Function for service sector and has spent five years as a change agent/partner.

He has proven experience in co creating and developing various change initiatives. He was also able to establish and develop LDP/MDP programs with IIM (A).

Presently Ashish heads the HR funcitons at ARCIL as Vice President, Managing Huaman Resource for the first Asset Reconstruction Company from India.
Prior to the present appointment he worked with Radha Krishna Group for last two years.as Sr Vice President - HR . In his association as an executive committee member he managed HR functions and also took care of Learning and Development for talent development across the group companies .

During his association with Sodexo as Head Training & Organizational Development he established learning initiatives for large work force of nearly 8000 employees.

Ashish has done extensive work as an OD Consultant into varied Organizational Development and change management initiatives. He managed assignments in Organizational Restructuring, Cross Functional Synergy Building , redefining Sales Process and developing structure for B to B organization to gain market share.

Ashish is also pursuing his professional accreditation in Human Behavioural Sciences from the ISABS.


Brigadier R S Ahluwalia

Brigadier R S Ahluwalia has over 36 years experience in operations and HRD related functions of the Indian Armed Forces including manpower planning, training, mentoring, appraisals and career development at various levels.

He has drawn best out of people in most difficult environments of Jammu and Kashmir, the high altitude areas of Sikkim, the desserts of Rajasthan and in the amphibious operations of the Bay of Bengal.

An alumnus of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington and Army War College Mho, he has trained with the United States Pacific Command in Thailand and Hawaii and with the United Nations in Philippines and Switzerland. He has been an instructor at the School of Artillery, the Junior and Senior Command Wings of the Army War College. A regular speaker at various training Institutes, Delhi University, Indian Institute of Disaster Management and numerous national and international conferences in India as also overseas, he has also been a consultant with the United Nations for training in Singapore and has coordinated armed forces assistance for national and international disasters.

Brig Ahluwalia is our one of the key facilitators and has helped numerous corporate and government organisations in organisational development through training interventions.


Deepti Jhangiani

Deepti Jhangiani, our latest team member, coordiantes our programmes in West zone covering Gujrat, Maharashtra and Karnataka .
Creativity – her fuel, a colourful imagination – her vehicle, a determined will – her steering wheel and a practical outlook – her breaks, define Deepti.

A visualizer . A writer. A photographer.

Just the usual extra curricular in college did not excite her, she wanted to do something more.
The freedom to express was the gift she received the day she decided to join the Media Industry. She began with The Times Journal of Photography. Femina, CNBC, The Backpacker Co, being her first few steps into the professional world.

A friend suggested a visit to Kargil. They planned. It worked. They went. They changed forever. The professionalism, the dignity, the honor and the humility, all experienced in a mere 20 days trip.
She has tried every adventure sport she could get her hands on, be it rafting, skydiving or Scuba, she tried it all. Expression thereon became her second nature, exploration – her instinct.

With an MBA in Media to her credit, she joins us in her quest to grow through ‘Praxis’.

Our Outdoor Experts with prescribed qualifications from reputed institutions such as Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi, Himalyan Mountaineering Institute, Darjiling and Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports, Batote J&K have significant achievements to their credit in mountaineering, rock climbing and outdoor adventure activities
