How we conduct our activities

We believe that experience based learning is the most effective way of learning as against class room lectures. Experiential Learning fosters quick understanding and imbibing of skills and competencies. We utilize experiential learning and self analytical group processes to imbibe learning.
In our Outbound Management Development Programmes (OMDPs), experienced facilitators work with your teams to discover their strengths, areas for improvement, behaviour patterns and interpersonal relationships. The participants facilitate mutual learning through experiencing, reflecting and conceptualizing their experiences under the guidance of expert facilitators.
We conduct simulations designed to address multiple dimensions of people empowerment, team development and leadership skills. Our simulation activities are conducted outbound in locations closer to nature, free from the distractions of routine office activities. Each action, process and behaviour pattern is observed carefully, taken note of and reflected upon by the participants with the help of the facilitators during exploratory debriefs in a relaxed environment to unlearn errors and learn solutions. These learnings are then related to organizational environment and transformed into commitments. Participants are encourage to transform such commitments into quantifiable goals to help in assessing their positive impact on the organization.
